TERMS and CONDITIONS - PRIVACY POLICY
A.
CONSULTATIONS
1.
Feng
Shui Foundation (FSF)
commits itself to
discharge its
professional
obligations to the
client with all
due diligence and
to attend to the
reasonable
concerns of
clients regarding
the provision of
any service
ordered from FSF
as rapidly as
possible.
2.
In
the case of an
on-site
consultation, FSF
will arrange a
date and time
mutually
convenient to FSF
and the client for
FSF to visit your
property. On the
basis of this
agreement, FSF
will then make the
necessary travel
arrangements, the
costs of which are
directly payable
by FSF. In the
case of an on-line
consultation, FSF
commits itself to
provide a full
report within a
reasonable period
of time taking
into account the
other commitments
of FSF and once
all relevant
details have been
provided by the
client. FSF will
keep the client
informed as to the
progress of work
and when the
client may expect
the report to be
sent.
3.
In
the case of
on-site
consultations, 25%
of the fee agreed
with the client
will be paid by
the client once
that agreement has
been made. The
balance will be
payable on site at
the time the site
visit is made. In
the case of
on-line
consultations, the
entire fee will be
paid at the time
the order is
placed.
4.
Should
the client wish to
cancel an
agreement made for
an on-site
consultation, the
client will not be
entitled to the
refund of the
deposit although,
in the event that
the client wishes
to reschedule the
visit, FSF will
give sympathetic
consideration to
the transfer of
the deposit to the
new agreement.
On-line fees are
not refundable
once FSF has
started work on
the project.
5.
In
the case of both
types of
consultations,
clients will be
provided with a
full written
report.
6.
Should
the client have
questions arising
out of the report,
FSF will deal with
these provided
always that these
questions are
reasonable and
non-argumentative.
7.
All
details provided
by clients to FSF
for the purposes
of a consultation
remain
confidential as
between the client
and FSF. FSF
commits itself not
to divulge details
provided by the
client to any
third party nor
(without the
express consent of
the client) to put
up any details on
the FSF webpage
that would enable
the clients to be
identified.
8.
Clients
will understand
that a Feng Shui
report is not of
permanent standing
in that annual and
even monthly
influences can
change the
dynamics of a
property. FSF will
provide clients
who have already
received a report
(of either type)
with requested
updates at the due
time on payment of
a fee to be agreed
between FSF and
the client.
B.
COURSES
9.
FSF
will give details
of all Feng Shui
courses to be held
through the
internet including
date, venue and
course content.
Clients are
requested to
inform FSF of
their interest as
soon as possible
in order to
reserve a
provisional place.
10.
Clients
will be requested
to pay 20% of the
course fee with
their written
application and
the balance no
less than one
month before the
start date of the
course. While
sympathetic
consideration will
be given to
requests for
refunds received
up to two weeks
before the course,
FSF is unlikely to
refund course fees
when the request
is received within
that last two
weeks due the
difficulty of
finding
replacements at
such short notice.
11.
Fees
paid for courses
include the costs
of the course
venue, meals taken
during course time
and all course
materials.
