Sheng Chi is the prosperity star. It promotes a successful career and opportunities for advancement. If you are in senior and middle management, you should strive to sit facing this direction at work whenever you can. There are many other ways of maximising this prosperous star, such as with respect to fertility or academic success, which Sallie teaches in detail in her courses.

Tien Yi (Heavenly Doctor)- The main use of Tien Yi is as a cure. Apart from being a health star, Tien Yi can bring about helpful people to see you through difficult situations.

Yan Nien is another fortune star but is not as effective as the Sheng Chi star when it comes to wealth. It mainly governs longevity, marriage and relationships.

If you are hoping to establish a productive relationship with someone, opportunities will increase if you sleep with your headboard to this direction. Those working in people-related fields such as human resources or personnel should sit facing this direction at work.

This star helps strengthen your networking ability, open resourceful channels and create happy and amicable relationships with others.

Fu Wei is the weakest fortune star. Its purpose is to maintain peace and harmony. This is a good direction to face for meditation or when you are working on projects for self-development.

For those in business or senior management, make sure that your office or shop doors are not open to this direction. If you are looking to move to a new office, choose an office with a main door that houses an auspicious facing star according to Flying Star Feng Shui and at the same time, the door should also open to your Sheng Chi direction.

Ho Hai is a Lu Chun star which can bring intermittent difficulties, obstacles. When under this influence, one may experience insecurity, lack of confidence, a feeling of lethargy and gets tired easily.

If one suffers from existing problems related to the digestive system, avoid sleeping with your crown to this direction of the room.

Wu Kwei - a mischievous influence which causes one to loose focus and suffers from being bad tempered, some may become a worrier or gets agitated easily and generally experience difficulties in their relationship with others. One may also be prone to accidents related to fire such as being scald or burnt.

Lui Sha - Avoid this direction as best as you can for when under this influence, it can bring about stress, gossips, slander and back stabbing. One may also suffer from bad judgment and insomnia. One may also be prone to car accidents or encounter difficulties with traffic police.

Young people when under a Lui Sha influence may fall into bad company or adopt bad habits.

Remedy
This star is very strong in the west and if this is also the bedroom of a Gua 4 person, introduce green into the general décor of the room. Avoid placing the bed in the west sector of the room.

Chueh Ming- This is the worst direction to face or sleep with the crown to. This influence can cause accidents, injuries, stress, depression, constant illnesses and in severe cases, fatality.

Avoid this direction at all costs.
